Project Description
Strength Heights Limited invites qualified Certified External Professional Resource Pool (EPRP) members to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a competitive digital transformation consultancy supporting the design, development and implementation of a next-generation Humanitarian Information Management System for a leading humanitarian organization in Kenya.
The assignment involves end-to-end enterprise solution delivery, from requirements analysis through deployment, training and post-implementation support.
Successful applicants will participate in a competitive technical evaluation process. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee project award.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Professional certification(s) relevant to software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, project management or business analysis will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant enterprise systems implementation experience.
- Demonstrated portfolio of completed enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Award Value: KSh 150,000 (subject to successful evaluation, contractual negotiations and project award)
- Multiple consultants may be shortlisted depending on project requirements.
